1997 F 150. No AC. Compressor not turning. Clutch not engaging. Put a test lamp at HP switch, got current on one side. Is there a WOT relay? Only found 1 fuse #5 in manual. Shorted out HP and LP switch-no engaging of clutch. Tried to remove connector from compressor, (to check for current) but could not, could not see how clip worked.
