Seems like a problem with various Hondas. Was able to get a code pulled when this light came on and it was B1036, check keyless access starting system. According to the service manual it's either an micu problem or open/high resistance in a wire on one of the pin connectors. Only happens to me when ever the car gets wet.With that many miles, this is most likely a dead, or almost dead battery in the fob. This is a cheap fix: a new battery: CR2032. 1) Engine block (or starter housing) to battery negative. If the light comes on at ALL (or you show volts on a voltmeter), your engine ground is still funky. 2) After verifying #1, go engine block to the big red lead on the starter. Should be lit up all the time.
