I decided to reinstall, and it hung at 92% so I left ir overnight, with no progress. So I stopped the download, erased the contesnts of the BG3 directory then tried again. It went trhough the Dog `n Pony Show of verifying the (deleted files) then immediately hung at 92% immediately. If it is as fast as it should be, I guess the problem is with the files or game settings, something must be limiting the speed. It is kinda slow, yes. M.2 nvme, pretty good one and it takes me 20-40sec, when memory leak hits it got to over a minute. Patch 4 - Graphic Bug. Since Patch 4 the game Graphic dont work anymore. Looks like most of the assets dont load including transparency settings of some assets like fog or similar. I play BG3 on PC and my GPU is a Radeon RX 5700 XT. Ideally, with all modern games should be loaded onto an m.2 or SATA SSD as the older spinning disc Hard Drives will take a long time to load games. My BG3 is loaded on a SATA SSD and I am loaded up in about 20seconds (though I haven't put a stop watch on it). If I put BG3 on my m.2 I can imagine it would be a little bit quicker.
