Currently im using FAIT only with AI disabler since Lua's spawn rework is out of date. The thing is i want a nice mix between SCAV and PMC. As for mods, I use Fin's AI Tweaks and CP Spawn Rework. When you have both, you have to go into Fin's and disable spawn tweaks (so the two don't conflict).
