You can assign her to a house, adopt kids who will talk with her, etc. but if you marry her through the dialogue add on you can’t do the other stuff you would usually be able to do with a spouse. It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes. I she does get annoying after a while only if you do not change how often she talks, you can edit almost everything. I would stick with sofia over serana. To me knowing she has things to say about 80% of the things u are gonna do is great.
