For godskin in particular id use peeler + any other bleed twinblade and rely on jump attacks for the 4x bleed procs. Elenaors polearm springs to mind. Put bloodhound step on the peeler, jump at skinny repeatedly.

Mate, anything is a good idea, just try it. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad idea. If you have high arcane, it isn't bad. There are better options though. Imo, yes. The primary strength of Eleonora’s is the weapon art (if you can call it a strength at all, it’s kind of clunky), so there isn’t a lot of benefit to running a second.
