Hi ladies! FTM here and I have no idea what I'm doing I had a cervical check Tuesday at my appointment and I was barely 1cm but I started cramping on my way home. This morning (37w6d) I ended up losing my mucus plug, I called my doctor and the nurse basically said unless I'm bleeding, my water broke...I was bang on 35 weeks with my first baby, when I lost my mucus plug (at around 8pm). My waters broke the following day, at 5pm. Contractions were 2 minutes apart by 9pm and I had a c section at 1am, as the baby was breeched. So for me, my waters broke less than 24 hours after losing my mucus plug!! How are you feeling?Apologies am just overexcited! I started losing chunks of mine at 36 weeks. Went on to have a spontaneous labor that started on 39+1. I had blood in the mucus plug the day before labor started so I’m assuming that was “bloody show”. Prior to that it was just huge obvious chunks of mucus plug every few days.
