I would make sure it is seated correctly, and if you want to make extra sure you can remove it and then try a cycle. Always unplug from the back of the unit as opposed to the wall if you want to do a complete reset. Leave it unplugged for 10 mins and then plug it back in. Thanks to OP's comments, I was able to remove some litter, pop the lid, manually rotate the ball, put it back together and the robot finally ran a cycle and is all good now. 2. Share. DeCostaH.
