Two other contenders that have a lot of personal flavor from their authors are Picturesque and Haze. Both come with unique weather plugins and ENB presets. Subjectively, Picturesque is a much better ENB preset (it's by the Aequinoctium mod author), but the Haze author did some really amazing work with their weather. true.

First time using NAT and this ENB after about 3 years of Obsidian and NVT ENB. Got to say I’m impressed with how crisp and clean it all looks and how much I’m enjoying the look of it. I particularly like the moonlight effects, it’s nice having a weather set and complementary ENB that changes how the night sky come together.
