It is killing the ones at the Temple that breaks my oath which makes absolutely no sense. The entire questline is to kill the leaders to protect the teaflings and the grove. To do that you *must* kill the goblins. No, it breaks my paladin's oath even when they attack me first. I do feel like that's a bit unfair.

The fastest way to break it is to kill 2 tieflings that captured Lae'zel before you reach the grove. You can also break your oath again by unlocking / destroying a goblin cage in the grove.
