I have neither the CS or the BUL ultralight BUT I’ve had a ton of STI/Staccatos and a couple BUL guns. Dec 14, 2023 · Shooting wise, Bul was snappier than the CS but I was more accurate with the Bul. I liked the Bul trigger a tad bit better than the CS. In the end, I sold the Bul and kept the CS. Both will serve anyone well. Now, is the CS worth $1250+ than the Bul? Guess depends on the person.

The Wilson is the best looking and smoothest, the Staccato despite me hating the looks and the grip shoots the best by a fine margin, and the Bul just flat out carries well and shoots great. I wouldn’t ever laugh at someone that pays extra for a CS or Wilson, but I’m not sure for 1k you get anything the Bul can’t do.

The S15 uses Shield Arms mags, which have questionable reliability. With the SAS II UL, some folks are having FTF issues or failures to return to battery. Also, the SAS II UL has been deemed snappy by some reviewers. Also, the Bul Armory mags are not cheap. I settled on the SAS II UL because that gun is well-known.

Bottom line, I felt the CS had better fit and finish. I didnt like the optic mounting system on the Bul. No rear sights unless you get a red dot with a rear sight like the EPS carry.
