Directv closed captioning not working.

From my initial post "The CBS captioning works fine during live viewing, fine with on demand, but does not work for any CBS recorded programs." 4 different Roku devices on 4 different TVs and also a Direct Stream box itself. Captions don't really have anything to do with a playback device.While trying to turn on my closed captioning by accident I clicked on digital track and not sure how or what service it's supposed to be on. It gives you options from service one through service 6. I'm afraid I'll mess things up if I don't get it back to the service number it's supposed to be.Closed caption position on screen.
