I personally can't, I've tried finishing the campaign, all the Witch Queen side quests, completing multiple runs of the Wellspring on Master difficulty, and I can't interact with the Evidence Board in the Enclave, nothing appears in the quest terminal in the H.E.L.M. and the Tower, so no Exotic Glaive for me on 2/3 characters. While the glaive is empowered, melee hits generate a void overshield and shots fired do increased damage and apply volatile.. Another example: the glaives make use of your abilities to do something. The Warlock glaive can fire a healing turret at the cost of your rift or fire a tracking healing shot while guarding and aiming at an ally.

Of the exotics I'm missing, there are the 2 glaives and cloudstrike that I can go grind. That leaves 3 that I have to either get from raids/dungeon by getting lucky, or I have to get with an exotic cipher. If the glaives aren't farmable anymore, that means I would have 5 that I would have to buy with ciphers or get lucky with on raids.
