We replaced our Frontier Router with a better Netgear router however a few days later the cable TV boxes stopped working. The tech came out and said the TV service requires THEIR router to be used, even though we have Frontier ARRIS MEB1100 cable modem, and the TV boxes are connected directly into the wall.
