Gmc acadia not starting after getting gas.

My 2007 acadia began to take longer to start. I took it to a dealer and they said the fuel pump was getting weak. It's gotten worse so today we replace the fuel pump with a new one. Now the car won't start at all. We've double checked that all the connections and hooked up and clean.
