Looks like the screw "holding" the barrel in on the GSG protrudes and hits the magpul handguard clip on the bottom (See pics). I personally threw on a cheap ($35) G&P MP5 Handguard with CREE LED Forend Light (Item code GP-TAL002), loose fit, but works, and looks amazing in my opinion. Put about 500 rounds through it so far and light still works.
