Funds were raised to build the original shelter on land donated. The shelter has since been expanded using donations and fund raisers. We are the only Shelter in Cleburne County. Our operating funds come from our Thrift Shop, donations, fund raisers and some assistance from the city of Heber Springs, surrounding towns in Cleburne County.
