Last two weeks out of my 5 armor drops from pit (only did on one character so one run each week) 4 of them have been 63 or above. Pit of Heresy drops high, Prophecy does as well, not entirely sure about Shattered Throne. LW and GoS also drop relatively high armor rolls and they can slot Nightmare mods. If someone tell you prime engrams or dungeons its crap very rarely you will get 64+ if ever. So buy shadowkeep or season pass and focus engrams.
