Current training rate is 15.75, you stay at training rate for your 8 week training in Wilmington and while on OJT, which is usually 2 to 4 weeks. Assistant conductor rate starts at 24.50ish and goes up 5% every year on your anniversary date for 5 years. Top conductor pay is 38.50ish. My first year I made about 50,000 but the second year I made about 75,000 as you can see their is a big differance.
