I use comprehensive ultrawide mod with the necessary ini changes. Though I do believe CUW has been removed or hidden now. And I haven't tried any other solutions myself, but I can't imagine they're much different. Bare in mind stuff like full dialogue interface and looksmenu need the 21:9 version to work properly too.
