I run a 16 inch fm9 side charger on a multi cal lower. I have 3 endomags set up for it that I ran through it first but don't shoot much anymore. Now I run glock mags using a Stern adaptor. Man this lower fits very tightly with the foxtrot Mike 7 inch 9mm upper. You will have to attach and detach it a few times to loosen it a tad. The trigger has ever so little creep before a nice crisp break.
