How to keep top dasher status.
Can't schedule and can't dash anytime. Complaints. So I made Top Dasher last month, and for the last four days, I am not able to dash anytime, nor am I allowed to schedule in advance. Even though I have a completion rate of 98% and have had one for over three weeks. I called Door Dash support, they suggested that I simply drive to another zone.
If you are unhappy with the service of a Dasher and wish to block them on the Portal, follow the steps below: Log into the Merchant Portal and click on Orders. Select the order the Dasher is associated with. Click on Rate Dasher. If there are multiple Dashers associated with, select the Dasher you wish to block. Click Block Dasher.You probably reached 71 but should've gave it some extra like 75 or 78 to be sure. The requirements say 70% I met the requirements so doordash lied. It didnt say around 70% or minimum 70% to enter but if you're higher you have a better chance. It says 70% acceptance rate.If you just hit 200 deliveries today, you never had Top Dasher. You would have had to had 200 lifetime deliveries as of April 30th. Since you didn't meet the requirement on April 30th (for May), you won't be eligible for Top Dasher again until May 31st (for June). As far as Shop and Deliver orders, the offer is misleading.Other dashers can "dash now" This is why I am not getting any orders coming my way. I've been on for 5 hours and every 30 minutes I would flip the screen back it's always RED specially on that zone. The months I have been a top dasher I averaged a weekly earning of around 1300$, working about 65-70 hours per week. The lowest hourly earnings I made in a day was $17.3 a hour and as high as $23.7 per hour.
