I used the 86 page one for my first mcat and the 300 page one for the second mcat. I liked the 300 page better. For my P/S content review, I used the 86 pg doc and premed95's anki deck. If I ever felt uncomfortable with something in the 86 pg doc, I'd watch the corresponding KA video. YMMV, but I ended up with a 132 in P/S.

Tbh I did not like the 300 pg document at all. A lot of psych terms are just fancy words for stuff that is common sense. I felt the 300 pg document was bloated with too much fluff and images that didn’t help. I liked the 86 pg doc because it just got straight to the point. Kaplan seriously is missing a lot of socy and KA supplements it well. I just went through the entire Kaplan P/S book + watched every KA socy video (there aren't too many, sat myself down for an evening) and took notes on that.
