NSHSS means automatic acceptance to Harvard. but like actually, this question is asked so many times and the answer is always yes it is a scam. It's not exactly a scam, but it doesn't make a difference on you college applications because pretty much everyone is offered an invitation. It's just a waste of money, and NSHSS is different for NHS too.

It's technically not a scam they are sort of a real group. But the group itself is not worth it. and thousands of students a year get the exact same letter. You need to pay the $60 and then some to be apart of the group. It's pretty worthless.
