My RGB30 wouldn't quite hit 60fps for PSX in JelOS, so I flashed an ArkOS card to see if things would improve. It ran flawlessly, and after some research, I found that JelOS defaults globally to a CPU governor that outputs only as much power as needed in the moment. In Linux, a CPU governor determines clock speeds.You're right, asinine is maybe a bit of an exaggeration. I've just been frustrated because JelOS offers a great user experience, but the difference in performance that ArkOS gives on the RGB30 is insane. Part of my gripe is that I'm used to using select as the "main" hotkey, so switching to R3 screws up my muscle memory.
