Why do my voicemails show up late.
I tried the suggestion above for a known voicemail that is not showing up, accessing the *86 feature. From there I can access the voicemail, but it still doesn’t show up on my phones visual list of notifications. The original incoming call does show up, just not the message that was left. I tried recently rebooting the phone. No change.

I will usually get 3 voicemails at once with one being a new voice mail and the others being much older. I have already reset my network settings to no effect and my phone uses cellular data as well as wifi. Go to your account overview and open the My Wireless section. Scroll to My devices & add-ons and choose the device you want to manage. Select Manage my device. Under Device options & settings, choose Reset voicemail password and follow the prompts.
