It's noticeable when shooting imo. I carry a P365X every single day with the WC grip & tungsten weights. It won't compare to having a full aluminum frame from Mischief Machine or Icarus but it also won't set you back $300. That answers that question. The Icarus precision XL+ grip is longer than the Icarus precision X macro grip. It's also called an XXL grip. As far as holsters go, I love the holsters from a small company called northcoast tactical. Their TUC holster is great, and they make them for all Icarus grips. You just have to wait 12+ weeks to get it.
They're usually a gimmick, but for the 365, they add just enough girth to the grip for it to fit the hands much better. Should help with the grip angle by a minute amount, as well. I wound up with an Icarus frame to mount a light, it's better than the OEM, but still not perfect. Little thin, tends to point low for a pistol with an RDS.

For holsters, I use Hidden Hybrid Holsters. Since I have P365, I just moved the FCU from the P365 to my old XL grip module and I regularly carry both versions.
