I have several normal bank accounts, investment accounts, and a credit union account. I use the Dasher Direct card. It's linked to my Venmo. Get paid daily, either transfer everything to Venmo, pull cash out of an All points ATM (no fee), or transfer to another account.

That's not true. You can go in dasher app -> earnings tab -> click little bank icon -> switch payout account and change it back to your old account any time. I like getting paid immediately after each dash, and can transfer to your regular bank account for free, usually transfers within 1 day.
The dasher direct card is to intrusive for me. To many have had issues with it. I prefer fast pay. Yes I pay a fee but, I get my money all the time.
