As for the hand, the right handed one will be the one using the ash of war button, unless you two hand the left one.

It's still your best bet for an int/dex build, IMO. It's even really good with just int. I myself used it with all the minimal dex requirements and it performed great for me. It's busted, the damage it deals and how fast it is for only 20 FP, all other sorcery is downright useless not to mention slow. With moonveil even if you run out of FP you're still in the game because you can powerstance it with another katana that does bleed. Oh yeah, haven't mentioned bleed.
