Ooma is blinking red.

Trying to set up a pre-owned Telo. It's definitely connected to the internet, my account is set up, but the rose is blinking red. Any ideas? The Telo's Internet jack is connected to my router, and I have a PC connected to the Telo's "Home Network" jack. The blinking on other handsets stops. The base unit does not indicate that voicemail is present any longer. Only the handset that was used to listen to and clear the message (s). I just noticed tonight that my base station light is alternating between red and blue, about a second or two between each color. Any idea what this means? All services are running and nothing has changed with my network. I am connected on wifi. Also using a HD3 handset along with the security, a bunch of door and water sensors, 1 siren. 1.
