The last couple of months, I have used it with no issues to pay my PayPal in 4 payments, always paid ahead of the due date. Today, I went to pay my agreement and now it won’t accept the card. I called customer service and didn’t get much help.But due to the recent tax law changes now in effect, PayPal is now required to report specific info to the IRS about all users. People must prove who they say they are and if they make over a specific amount of money thru sales transactions, that info is now reported to the IRS.
