perfect mostly (edit: but is not limited to) matters on the Bow charged shot, every third perfect deals bonus dmg/ stun chance. theres e few other "perfect" effect but thats the main one. You can charge all your spells like you can charge the bow shot. The moment the indicator glows white is when it counts as perfect.
