Before I got home I got a check engine light and a “service DEF system see dealer speed will be reduced to 5mph in 125 miles” message. All my local dealers are a month or more out on diesel service. It seems everyone is having issues with new Ram diesels. Got the 'ol Death Countdown due to CEL for DEF pressure too high. Cleaned DEF injector and put another 2.5 gal. of DEF in and reset code, light is out for now but of course countdown continues. Anyone think I can get the dealer to reset the countdown as there is no CEL now?
