The only thing I could see was the brace between the motor and transmission was off one end. The bolt had broken off in the engine apparently n the past because it was covered with grease and grit.There is a special bolt that screws into the center of the primary clutch that will pop the clutch off the main shaft .There are two lenghts of bolts one is JD813-1 and the longer one is JDG164-1 .Most dealers will say the first number is the only one however I learned the hard way that some require the longer (second bolt ) eyeboltman.
