Feb 23, 2020 · Kuva Thrall Lieutenants. These are high ranking Thralls in the service of their lich. They would spawn once in, say, every ten thralls. A 10% chance of spawning. Once they spawn, they would effectively be a Thrall Eximus. Slightly harder to kill than a regular thrall, just like an Eximus to a regular unit.

I still don't understand why we can't get the 2.5-5% chance for 500 kuva per thrall back. Let's do the math. It was confusingly written and not clear if it was 5% for either a relic (bugged and thus requiem mod) or 500 kuva with a 50:50 chance or a 5% chance for a mod and a 5% chance for kuva. Let's go with 5% chance to be nice.
