Great pay and atmosphere. Supervisor (Current Employee) - Ohio - June 29, 2023. Mclane came to town and was the top paying company. They forced other companies to raise their pay also. Mclane has great benefits, vacation and sick pay. Just do your job and follow the rules, that's all they ask.
The turnover rate is ridiculous. It’s pretty bad when try to give new employees a $5000 sign on bonus and they still can’t get people to work for the company more than a month. The company has to much volume that they can handle.
