If you pick the wrong dialogue options, you’re screwed out of the option to cure her forever. But if you say the right things, the option will stay open. So yeah she can’t be cured during the quest line, but if you say the wrong things during it that’s no bueno. That’s what I meant to say, my bad for being vague.
