When I try to close the passenger side window by lifting the power switch, it goes all the way up then bounces back to halfway shut (or open - take your pick). It won't move up again until I move it down after which i can incrementally move it up until it closes.

Oddly enough, the '04 doesn't have auto-up, however when the window is operational, it now moves up even after releasing the switch, so kinda like auto-up.
