Checked the plugins and sure enough, Vortex disabled all plugins, including Dawnguard.esm, Dragonborn.esm, and HearthFires.esm. I manually enabled them all and it was fine for a day. Fast forward to me turning my PC off and trying the next day. Vortex disabled them all again. It's done this for three days in a row now.

Mar 2, 2019 · The best way to start super fresh, is to just wipe the game folder and install fresh from Steam. Vortex has worked very well for me, both with Fallout 4 and Skyrim. Mods from Nexus as well as Mods from Files have all installed well and I really like the details. What I don't like, is starting fresh.

Oct 25, 2018 · I've done the most recent update and then decided to start setting up Vortex for Fallout 4 for as well. So I add Fallout 4, start adding some mods but decide to take a break and play some Skyrim. I switch Vortex back to Skyrim and all of a sudden all my mods are duplicated, they all have 2 entries showing up, one Disabled and one Never Installed.

I can click "restart and install" but the next time I open Vortex, it'll say "Update Available" again. Also almost all of my mods appeared in Downloads tab after the last update.
