If you don't know the username password of the Unleashed web console then you have to factory reset the AP. I am assuming you have R510 AP being a Lennar home owner, findout the tiny hole near the ethernet port on AP and push the button with a paper clip. Now hold the reset button for 12 seconds and then release it.

My switch had previously powered 6 POE cameras and 2 Ruckus AP's. After initial issues with re-establishing my IP with my new replacement switch, I got my APs back online and broadcasting.The problem is also that Lennar installs these on my vaulted ceiling and I do not have a ladder to get to this AP.I am so tired of the constant battle with this and the incredible amount of time it takes to get Ruckus to help.
