The entire point of the new part melding talisman system is that you can hunt whatever 7* endgame quest that you want and get enough parts to meld. There is literally no reason to "farm". Hunt whatever you enjoy hunting and passively "farm" talismans every hunt. If you want an impossibly rare talisman just play on PC and use mods.
