I am unsure if there are major differences between the 5 in terms of coverage, or if they are all effectively the same.The emergency visit was $327 and Molina ONLY paid $67.29 that’s ridiculous! Unfortunately I had to pay the rest. What’s the point of having insurance if they don’t even cover half. Each month I make monthly payments to Molina to get coverage, but what coverage their refusing to pay more than $67.
