I just joined Row House. I do 8/month at OTF and 8/month at Row House. I went in thinking I’d do the 4 per month so I’d have 3 classes total a week, but the studio has their version of a founders rate which is 20% off forever on 8 per month or unlimited. 8 was only $35 more than 4, and you keep the discount forever.
My rate went up in July but I didn't know if there was a way to get the founders rate at the new studio since it's like 30.00 cheaper than what I'm paying as a long term member. When I asked my studio they said I would have had to cancel 6 months ago to qualify for it. I currently pay $169 but they are posting all over their instagram that new members will lock in a rate of $139… they are advertising it as them letting new members get the founders rate AGAIN even though the studio has been open for 5 years and I’ve been a member paying the $169 rate for 4 years now.. I got a founders rate at a new studio when I had a founders rate at an existing studio. There was a 1 day lag between the canceling and the starting. I moved (from DC to Alexandria), not sure if that matters.
