It appears that PSA has substituted the 8 port for the 4 port/additional suppressor knob combination. I removed the gas adjustment knob to check it out and noticed that the gas knob did have 8 gas ports. Also noticed that there is no detent as shown in the PSA video by Matt explaining why the plunger was added. This gas block only has the plunger.
