In my opinion, REITs are better off without mREITs, it's much better to invest in housing by buying the actual properties and renting them out. True, My girl and I bought a mobile home for 45k (all in ) fixed and sold it for 195k in 6 months. That better than any Vanguard out there. Great explanation.
