Vortex update all mods.
Uppon clicking on the "open in file manager" i saw there are no esp , esm or any other files inside the folders. 100+ mods had only the folders but nothing inside. Now im busy with installing everything back. This is very puzzling, and I have absolutely no idea why all of your mods disappeared from the file manager.
