The system isn't designed for scanners, it is for radios specifically designed and built to work on them. Does anyone have the frequency for the Waterbury court GA-4 judicial marshals, they are not on the state system and they are in the 400 range, they only have 4 courts listed with a few different frequencies, it woukd of been easy if they shared the same channel statewide and maybe use differenot PLs for each county.
