Contacted Dexcom they told me to end sensor, and sent a replacement out. Bleeding at insertion isn't typically a problem but bleeding due to additional trauma can be. You can try to keep it but I would contact Dexcom and ask for a replacement. There is likely damage to the filament from running into the door.
