Simply try the ideal starting procedure (<5 seconds crank), pull a spark plug and check for fuel. If the plug is wet then you have fuel but either no spark or no compression.2017 Durango... nothing but problems. Just want to give a little background. Mar 6, 2017 · My guess is the pump is the issue. Repop pumps, like sensors and thermostats, aren't very good. Try priming it by pressing the start button with no brake for a few seconds. Then if it starts with the brake / Start button then it's the fuel pump not holding it's pressure.

2014 Durango Crew hard to start. My daughter has the V6 in her 2014 Crew and has recently begun having trouble starting it.
