The first step is gathering up the parts. This track was advertised to weigh 39 pounds but actually weighs 44.5 pounds. This is still light as my 144x16x2.3" track that I put on my 06 Tundra weighs 55 pounds.

Oct 30, 2013 · I thought it was odd that some Ski-doo cranks were letting loose at 2500 miles. From researching, many riders were getting 5,000 to even 9,000 miles out of their cranks. Some took the time to remove the PTO seal and grease the bearing, while others did not, and were lucky.

I changed the chain case every 1200 miles lubed and adjusted the track every other ride and adjusted the belt when needed. Never even changed the plugs.
